Client branding and website deliverables are licensed or transferred according to the terms in each project contract.

All pricing, packages, and subscription plans are clearly outlined in proposals or contracts. 

● Payment Terms: Full or partial payments are required before services begin, unless otherwise arranged. 

● Subscription Services: Monthly or recurring services (e.g., website maintenance) are billed automatically unless canceled per agreement terms. 

● Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your contract. 

● Pricing Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice to active clients. 

7. No Guarantees Disclaimer 

While we provide strategic, data-driven digital services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search rankings, revenue growth, or traffic performance). 

You acknowledge that success depends on many external factors, including market conditions, competition, and client implementation. 

MuseWave Digital is not liable for: 

● Results of SEO, advertising, or automation strategies 

● Website downtime from third-party hosting providers 

● Platform outages or changes (e.g., Google, Meta, WordPress) 

8. AI Content Disclaimer 

MuseWave Digital may use AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to help create copywriting, templates, or automation content. While all materials are reviewed by our team: 

● We do not guarantee legal compliance, originality, or accuracy of AI-generated text. 

● Clients remain responsible for final review, especially in regulated industries. 

By using AI-supported content, you agree to assume responsibility for proper usage and compliance with copyright, advertising, and industry standards. 

9. Linking to Our Site
